1. Describe your project briefly
We use the sport of Ultimate Frisbee to work with adolescent boys and girls together. The very nature of the sport shatters a lot of stereotypes around girls in sport. We add to it with constant inputs on empowerment, sensitivity, etc. during coaching as well as in special sessions and workshops on various themes.

2. What is the aim of the project? 
To develop mixed gender teams of players who are comfortable with all genders, able to understand the nuances of gender issues that are important in their lives and address various societal issues in their own small ways.

4. If you could change something, what would you change?
Scale the project to more locations

5. How do the project impact on civil society? 
We have seen amazing results in empowerment of girls and sensitivity of boys.

6. How do you evaluate the project’s impact?
We evaluate using questionnaires, video interviews and peer reviews.
