Together in recent years we have been tackling the issue of prejudices and stereotypes - often learning from projects developed in other disciplinary fields, such as Human Library or Xarxa Antirumors.
The encounter between ABCittà and 4iS within the framework of Tandem Europe (2015) was the occasion for designing the Museums and Stereotypes Training School, which also included Bosch Alumni Network among its partners. Within that framework we designed a toolkit for museum professionals for critical understanding of stereotypes in museum (museumsandstereotypes.org).The collaboration with TWletteratura, also born within Tandem Europe, was the occasion to design a kit aimed at discussing prejudice and stereotype in the educational field.
This project is implemented within the Online Activities 2020 by members of the Bosch Alumni Network. The Bosch Alumni Network brings together former and current fellows, grantees and staff members of the Robert Bosch Stiftung and its partners. By connecting network members with common interests but different backgrounds, cross-sectoral exchange and international collaborations can be fostered.
